The Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) is one of the largest innovation agencies in the region. Through its regional hubs — Gyumri Technology Center (GTC) and Vanadzor Technology Center (VTC) — EIF leverages its expertise in digital solutions, workforce training, and ecosystem development.
